Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Bangladesh. Shipping availability and options will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Out Side Dhaka: 3–5 business days
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days (extra charges apply)

Note: Delivery times may be affected by holidays, peak shopping periods, or unforeseen delays

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel great about every purchase from BabuiShop. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy to return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

You may return items if:

The return is made within 1 days of delivery
Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
You provide proof of purchase

❗ Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles, feeding products, diapers, or other personal care items.

How to Return

Message our Officeal Facebook page Babui Shop with your order number and reason for return
We’ll respond with return instructions and a return authorization
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please notify us within 1 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out right away.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
